When the food truck parked at Sunset Beach, I decided to try the Pad Thai. The fast food-style dish had a sweet yet tangy sauce that I found quite enjoyable. The balance of noodles, protein, and sprouts was just right, and the condiment stand with pickled chilies added a delicious kick to the meal.
