The freshly made gorditas were exactly what I was hoping for, except for one that wasn't sliced all the way through. Despite that, the chicharron was delicious and I'm looking forward to trying their tamales next holiday season. The authentic Mexican food here is warm, flavorful, and of decent quality, with hand made tortillas and a great salsa selection adding to the experience.
