As a longtime fan of Jinky's, it's been thrilling to see the new owner actively engaging with guests and the hardworking staff like Tony and Limberth keeping the vibes friendly and the Bloody Marys legendary. From massive pancakes to chicken and waffles that hit all the right notes, the food impresses every time, even if the coffee could use a little upgrade to reach perfection.
