Yesterday, a friend and I visited a Mexican restaurant in the Pacific View Mall Food Court that seems to have improved its offerings. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of mole' sauces available, and the staff kindly let us sample all three before deciding. I opted for the negro mole' enchiladas while my friend chose the rojo mole' enchiladas, both of which were smooth and bursting with flavor. The experience was so enjoyable that we are already planning a return visit and will be sure to recommend this upscale Organic Gourmet Mexican Food spot to others.
