One of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for the table and ordered our food promptly at 3pm. At 3.45pm we politely asked where our food was. We were told abruptly it would take a while. The owner then told us they couldn't give an estimate on when our food would actually be served and that it hadn't been started. We told them we would leave and she very promptly handed us the bill for the few drinks we had. No idea about dealing with a bad customer experience and I would think they should have plenty of practice. Service in this place is worse than atrocious, rude and unfriendly. I never or very rarely post reviews but I had to make an exception on this occasion. I will never be back and would advise anyone visiting beautiful Woodstock, Vermont to avoid this place at all costs.
