Food was cold and not cooked . Service was terrible and didn't want to correct any wrongs.

Re: Complaint
My family frequently visits Goldstream Green Leaf (Family business with Victoria one)and visited again on a Victoria Day long weekend.
When our order came, there was one missing - vegi rice noodle soup. The waitress of small frame, who looks like in her early twentieth, insisted that she brought the right order as she had heard. My wife explained what we ordered was different from the foods served.
We could have ordered (added) one more again and, of course, the server could have accepted another order again.
What is worse then is the fact that she scoffed at my wife by saying "huh!" by turning her face in a very rude way. When we were checking out, my wife wanted to talk to the manager of the restaurant (she asked another server-cashier ) but the cashier, who looks like in his twenties, says the manager is busy cooking in the kitchen.
My wife asked the server whether he saw the waitress was scoffing at my wife, and the server said yes he saw the waitress scoffing my wife.
We wanted Green Leaf Bistro to take a specific and strict action on this matter.
We became to know this excellent restaurant since my Vietnamese friend introduced it to us. We have live for 15 years in Victoria but this unbearably unpleasant thing was the first time ever and hope it will be the last.
If nothing or small action should be taken, we are thinking making this a bigger issue with the help of other customers who had similar experiences and the relevant authorities let alone the local press including Times Colonist.

My husband and I came for lunch yesterday. The people in front of us were seated and we waited for someone to come and seat us. Then 5 people came in and we seated ahead of us as they said we have reservations. No one asked us if we did so after 5 or so minutes and being totally ignored we figured we must be invisible. Several employees had walked past us and not one person said, we'll be right with you or we would have waited. We ended up going elsewhere. We are locals not tourists and have eaten in this restaurant quite a few times but what a poor taste this left us with. There was a lot of empty tables so it wasn't that you were full.
