I swung by Hecklers for a friend's birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the lively dive bar vibe and the attentive service from the waitress who effortlessly handled a large party. The menu offered reasonably priced options, and the wings were a standout favorite in Victoria. I'm looking forward to returning for another visit in the future.
