This Vietnamese restaurant has always been a favorite of mine in Victoria, from its humble beginnings next to the Odeon movie theater to its current location. Celebrating birthdays with my family there has been a tradition, thanks to the amazing food and friendly staff, especially the owner who always takes time to chat. Despite the distance, I would gladly make the half-hour drive just to enjoy their delicious takeout.
