Akemi in Langford offers a diverse menu of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, tempura, and udon, which I've found to be quite enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, with friendly staff providing efficient service. I've particularly liked their sushi rolls, and the atmosphere is pleasant for both casual dining and takeout.
