Our family went to the Lakehouse for a lunch at 12:00. There was 12 of us so we were put in the large party area. When the reservation was made we asked to sit by the window. When we arrived there was a group of approx 16 guys about at 19 years old seated at the table we requested. Their language was pretty bad (several f bombs). They finally left. We finally got our meals at 1:20. I don't know if they were short staffed in the kitchen or not but if you are please relay that to customers. We sat there so long. One of the family has diabetes and because the meal was taking so long they asked for some crackers or something to eat. The wait person brought a small bowl of chips and charged him for it!
