During my travels from Atlanta to New Jersey with my son, who has Celiac Disease, we discovered a fantastic dedicated gluten-free food truck that exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and offered great tips about living gluten-free, while the food, especially the BLAT and waffles, was some of the best I've ever tasted, even as someone who typically doesn't seek out gluten-free options.
