I CALLED THE RESTAURANT MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE SPAN OF ABOUT 30 MINUTES TONIGHT AND KEPT GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL. I LIVE ABOUT 15 MINUTES AWAY, SO I DROVE UP THERE TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE STORE ---- WHEN I ARRIVED A LADY WAS PICKING UP HER FOOD ORDER, THEN THE LADY THAT WORKS UP FRONT GOES TO THE BACK FOR A FEW MINUTES. FINALLY, SHE COMES OUT AND SAYS THEY DON'T TAKE ORDERS IN THE STORE AND I NEED TO CALL. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEIR PHONE WAS BUSY AND I HAD BEEN CALLING, SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IGNORED ME AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BACK. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EXPERIENCE AT ANY RESTAURANT.

I ACTUALLY REALLY LIKED THE FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT THE FIRST TIME I ATE IT, BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE THAT THE LADY AT THE FRONT HAS. I'LL KEEP MAKING MY DRIVE TO WINDSOR FOR CHINESE.

Lady at the front had a very rude attitude. Sadly, the food was not worth the experience. We will not be trying this place again.
