Today, I had a strawberry curd cruffin. Magnificent, and I am not especially fond of strawberries. We are so lucky to have such a worldclass pastry shop and bakery right here in Staunton.

The very best croissants within a 2 hour radius, if not more. His menu competes with the best of New York and Tokyo. Impeccable and sublime.
