Walking into this sushi spot, the authentic vibe really caught my attention, blending traditional decor with a cozy feel. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and while the menu had a ton of choices, the special rolls and appetizers like Shumai and Gyoza were absolute standouts. Over the years, my family and I have consistently enjoyed our meals here, especially the Hibachi, which is always delicious and generously portioned.

My first and last time patronizing this poorly ran establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered $47.70 worth of sushi and when I got home with my order I noticed that it was made incorrectly. I called them and asked them to remake and deliver my order, they rudely declined. I went back to the store and asked them to give me my money back, they declined and called the police. I asked if they had a refund policy but they refused to show it to me or have it posted.

Once the police came, they told me that Loudoun County businesses are not required to have refund policies or post them & that I would not receive my money back. They told me that I would need to take her to court to receive a refund.

This situation will make me take a serious look at which local/small businesses I patronize in Loudoun County.
