I had the pleasure of visiting the Ice Cream Cottage twice on our last trip to town and enjoyed trying different treats each time. While the Better Brownie Batter shake I had was tasty, I wished the brownie bites were more evenly mixed in. Next time, I might opt for a malt with a simpler flavor profile. Despite the busy lines, the service was quick and the variety of flavors and sizes made it a delightful stop during our stay at Smith Mountain Lake.
