Juan's offers fast service and authentic Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price, making it a satisfying dining experience. The outdoor seating area with fire pits adds to the ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Despite some minor issues with the pricing of extra sauce, the overall quality of the food and service will surely bring us back for another visit.

I agree with the reviews that were before 2013.After that,the food quality declined to the point that I would only eat the breakfast there.Later on they opened a new place in Newport News.Now the service and the food have
declined to the point where I will no longer eat there.I have not eaten at Juan's in Newport News but friends at work say that it is no better than the Hayes location.Don't waste your money here.Find another place to eat.
Even Salsa's, which in now closed was a better place for Mexican food.Wake up Juan,it ain't good no more!

Table side fresh made guacomole is awesome! Service is fast friendly and the environment is very comfortable. Best Mexican food in Gloucester County. Jaun is always there and makes it a point to try and stop by each table and say hello. Never thought "Ocean 17" ( former name of restaurant that called that building home) would be closed. But Jaun's has done a great job, they even serve breakfast, which is nice since we don't have any restaurants at that end of the county for breakfast except fast food.

small restaurant with a cozy feel. Staff are very friendly and the food is Excellent!
