Millstone Tea Room WAS the best restaurant in a 50 mile radius (that includes Roanoke!) IMHO. It had outstanding food and was usually crowded, in spite of the fact that it's located in the middle of nowhere. Tragically, it closed last year, due to family problems of the proprietors. Farewell, MTR!
