we took our family to eat at your restaurant this evening cause we had eaten there about a week or so ago and it was very good; well today was one of the worst experiences I think I have ever seen in a restaurant; the service was terrible the food was terrible; it took 10 minutes before a waitress finally came to us and then after taking our order we had not received our food after an hour of being there; one entrí©e had no alfreda sauce on it at all the other two were cold and tasted terrible; they sent one back to be warmed up in microwave thinking if it was hot it would taste better; the other one ordered something else, we never received the food after 30 minutes so we canceled the order! what really got me was one of the waitress went over to the booth were there were wrapping the utensils and got a pill bottle out of her backpack type bag took her a pill (without water) and put the pill bottle back in her bag; right out were every one else could see her. she kept going in & out of the restaurant (smoking or whatever) even our waitress was watching her, she never got off her phone then run would run outside; I know drugs are all over the place but we had our 11 year old grandson with us and there were other small kids in there also; You need really to do a better job of hiring people or u will loose a lot of business with crap like this going on; We won't ever be back there
