During my recent stay at the Sheraton Oceanfront, I encountered disappointing management and subpar facilities that fell short in cleanliness and service. The lackluster response from the manager to address issues left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning as a guest. However, a bright spot amidst the disappointment was Fusion, where the staff's efforts shone through despite challenges. Their delicious food and accommodating service made our dining experience a memorable one, and we will definitely be returning to Fusion on our next visit to the area.
