Bring back the Buffet!!

Terrible waitstaff service and extremely slow kitchen. Food took an hour and a half to come out and multiple items were substituted without communicating to us ahead of time. The waiter would not refill water or coffee without specifically asking to, and then you had to wait 15 minutes before the refill. We noticed other tables encountering long wait times as well.
The brunch charcuterie plate is way overpriced for what you get. The substituted the higher priced items for cheaper alternatives (honey for honeycomb, regular biscuits for sweet potato biscuits, etc.).
Management needs to work with waitstaff on service levels and better communication between the kitchen and waitstaff when food items are out of stock.
