Always good food

During Downtown Norfolk's Winter Restaurant Week, my wife and I tried out a new bistro and were impressed by the impeccable service and magnificent ambiance. The bistro had a classy urban vibe with large windows perfect for people watching, and the dishes we ordered, like the bacon-wrapped goat cheese figs and beef tenderloin, were expertly prepared and delicious.
