If you haven't heard of Cayuse yet, it's time to ask around because their wine is truly exceptional. My wife and I have enjoyed being part of their allocation club for five years, celebrating each vintage with friends at their barrel tasting party and savoring the incredible Syrah and other varieties crafted by the talented Christophe Baron.
