I drove past Gilson many times, always curious about what awaited inside. Finally, on a date night with my husband, we ventured in and were pleasantly surprised by the warm, South Korean restaurant vibes that enveloped us. The KBBQ we indulged in, especially the savory kalbi, left us craving more and eager to return for another delicious meal. The service was efficient, the atmosphere cozy, and the flavors truly authentic - a gem of a find in our local dining scene.
