This review is a bit late, but I had to share my experience from last Saturday before the Silvertips game. Despite a minor hiccup at another restaurant, we ended up at Papas, where Jonathan provided exceptional service and the food was delicious, especially the pork burrito and tamale; I can't wait to return for more!
