I use to enjoy going to Dennys . Bob really cared about the costumers having a good experience. The service now is terrible. It is agonizingly slow. Even when it doesn't look that busy it takes forever to get your food. It's like they don't care anymore. If they they don't have business I understand. My sister who was visiting hated her experience. Her bacon wasn't cooked right. I could tell by looking at it that it wasn't right but she told me later how unhappy she was with it. Needless to say I won't be darkening the doors there anytime soon along with my family I'm afraid. The new owners better step it up and expect their staff to do the same. I'm someone who's been going there for years.
