Dude, those ribs are something else. Just gotta warn ya, be ready to chill for a bit while they work their magic in the oven. I moved out to CA now and man, I can't find anything close to those ribs. Tried this top rib spot in Alabama they all rave about, but nah, didn't hit the mark like my old fave joint.
