Love the fajita nachos and the quesadillas... friendly staff... only downfall is the take out charges..

Hacienda is the best Mexican restaurant even over others in Charleston WV in my opinion.
They've always been so kind to me & very cautious & considerate of my family having a food allergy. I can call & order & our meals are always perfect & prepared correctly!! Their food is delicious!! I would only request a "chopped" avocado salad to be on the menu that's my only complaint :) Try their white cheese with your meal it is delicious!!

I love Hacienda and the folks who own it. We get great service and the food is always terrific. The staff makes us feel right at home. We eat there at least twice a month, sometimes more.

I called in for a reservation for 20. The person on the phone tried to talk me out of bringing a group of 20 on a Friday night because he said "we are already crowded on Friday." We actually got there to find a table of six and the staff at Hacienda made us feel very unwelcome while we were there. My chicken tacos were good, but most people didn't eat past a bite or two of their meals and there was zero tequila in the margaritas....very disappointed. I will never take a group there ever again...
