Worst place ever, If you like hobo's on the door steep begging for money and having to lock your car doors when stopping then this is the place for you. Scary hotel scary locals scary city. Looks like a slum dump. When leaving the parking deck we were warned "Don't go that way thats a real BAD part of town". Stay in Saint Claires Ohio its close to everything neat in Wheeling without the getting mugged feeling!
