The chefs and staff provide you with good service and great Italian oriented food. A server shared with us that two brother Chefs, Jason & Jordan Rickard are operators/owners both had gained extensive experience from starting from scratch thru working at the top exclusive restaurtant in the Denver area to having served as Chefs for two Wichita restaurtants before opening their own Fio Rito
restaurante. The food & flavor reflect and provide the quality
of more expensive restaurtants
for which both have been Chefs, and It makes a great dining experience at a reasonable rate.
