Both the sevrvice and the ownership of this establishment are terrible. As a native New Yorker we thought bringing my mother to Rafaella for a Mothers Day dinner would be a wonderful addition to our mothers Day celebration. WE WERE WRONG!!!!! The owner came to our table after we returned our food that was COLD - all 4 plates of food were cold and were were one of the only people in the resturant- and told us that they must not have MICROWAVED it long enough.
I was shocked to hear that they had been microwaving our dinners and the spagetti too! For $17 and up per plate we should get it COOKED not RE-Heated!
I guess she doesn't have time to cook in between all those glasses of wine and thge cocktails she and her husband were drinkingh at the bar.
We will NEVER return to Rafaella and we don't think you should either!
