During my two-week business trip to Winnipeg, I dined at the Merchant Kitchen multiple times, enjoying the well-prepared food and exceptional staff, who were friendly and attentive, while savoring dishes like the flavorful Cuban sliders and amazing calamari, and appreciating the cool atmosphere and great drink selection, which makes this restaurant a must-visit on my future trips.
