We've been enjoying ice cream at Cathy's for years, however, last summer we encountered Cathy's husband David Clark working behind the counter. He was an absolute jerk with no customer service skills whatsoever. We went to Cathy's with friends who were appalled by the way Cathy's husband treated customers. I'm not sure we'll return after our unpleasant experience with him. Cathy, keep your husband out of your shop!!
