The corner store is now run by Deep and Mandy, who also own the green shack where you can find delicious and reasonably priced drinks and food. It's great to see this bar back in action, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly owners who are always up for a chat, and tasty dishes like the beef & sausage combo and Chicago-style hot dog. The Walleye fish fry was a standout, although the perch was a bit fishy, but overall the service is excellent and I would definitely come back when in the area.
