Wisconsin taverns offer an incredible experience with their thick hamburgers and Spotted Cow on tap that you simply can't miss. The thin crust pizza was a hit with the kids, showcasing the quality of their food. Although I left before trying the fish fry, the welcoming atmosphere makes it a destination worth visiting.

Good food horrible service! Male bartender should not be behind a bar. Can't keep up with 15 patrons in the bar. He kept ignoring us. We thought our money was no good. I thought I was going to have to go make my own drink. Bartender also ignored us when we wanted to pay our bill. Others had the same issue. Shelly was horribly rude when asked a question about the food. Very snotty response!! We gave them three chances and the service kept getting worse and worse. Too bad because the food is very good! I've personally work in the bar/food service business in the past where I was the only person behind the bar and cooking. I am very understanding with when it is busy. You can have a bad experience and that is why we continued to give them a chance. No more! If you do go, I hope you have a lot of time to kill because there is no such thing as fast at this establishment. If your not a local, don't bother.

Best German food we've eaten. Generous portions cooked to perfection. Homemade spaetzle that you won't get anywhere else. You'll need a doggie bag. Mushroom soup was homemade with fresh mushrooms and creamy broth. Served at the right temperature - hot. Nice assortment of veggies and salad dressings. Everything chilled, with fresh, crisp salad fixings. Great value.

We love Shellys because the food is excellent, owners & staff are like family, and we ar always welcomed.

We had the Saturday special of barbecue ribs and they were fantastic!
