NOT happy! I called 2 days in advance to order a custom Birthday cake, and get a phone call 1 1/2 hour before pick-up, stating they can't make the cake because they ran out of the frosting for the cake. I said.. oh you didn't know late yesterday that you ran out of frosting. The gal said, "I guess not". She did NOT care one bit about the situation! Will NEVER order from them again! Maybe management should train their employees!
