On my recent visit to Cousins, I was impressed by the friendly staff and efficient service. The lobby and food prep area were clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. While the restroom could use some improvement, the fresh and delicious sandwiches, along with the caring attitude of the employees, make this a great dining option.
