Heard rave reviews about the Friday night fish fry at Wild Waters in Danbury, so decided to give it a try on a whim while exploring the Northwest Wisconsin on my bike. The all-you-can-eat Pollack for $9.99 exceeded expectations, with crispy hot fries to match. The 'Hot Daego' sandwich stole the show with its perfect balance of flavors and generous portions, making the ripple chips seem lackluster in comparison.
