The recent renovations at Gianni's Pavilion have truly transformed the atmosphere, making the bar and restaurant much more welcoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the pizza, particularly the house special with hot peppers, is a standout option with its super thin crust and delicious flavor.

Pizza is Great. Had classic sausage & mushroom. Sausage isn't too spicy, which for us is great.
Staff friendly, food quick & hot.
We do eat breakfast here on the weekends in the fall. Absolutely love the pancakes. Never had a bad meal here.

We had the Inferno and the PB and Jelly Pizza and we were A.M.A.Z.E.D. with the PB&J pizza! We will be ordering each of us our own pizza for our next visit.

Wife and I are summer visitors. If the food is bad we say it like it is. Can't say anything about the pasta or breakfast food but if you like pizza pull up a stool,and eat like a pig. Hear so many complaints about price. My thoughts are you get what you pay for. No way pizza can be served cold. Goes from oven to the table/bar. It's funny that people will have a few drinks and drop $30 but come time to buy a pizza the wallet gets lockjaw. I'm done. Have a nice summer.

Breakfast was barely warm. Good, but who wants to eat when its not hot!!

this was our first time to zia Louisa and will be our last!!! It was a very slow Saturday night and it still took them 15 minutes to acknowledge we were there! The place was dirty server was grumpy and slow. I Will give them a b+ for the pizza but the spaghettini and lasagna were discusting burnt sauce that was ice cold out of microwave! Do yourselves a favor and stay away!!!!!
