I found a tiny diner run by one man who does it all-host, cook, waiter, and busser-and the food was made fresh right in front of me on a flat top grill. The portions were huge, prices unbelievably reasonable, and the atmosphere felt like stepping back in time with friendly locals and simple, delicious comfort food. Every visit leaves me satisfied, whether it's for classic breakfast items like homemade hash and eggs or a hearty lunch sandwich, and I can't wait to go back again soon.
