It really was terrible. After waiting an hour for my food to be delivered (2 hot dogs and 2 slices of pizza) the order was completely wrong. The pizza came out right... but it was rubbery, stale, and tasted awful. It made both myself and my boyfriend sick within 2 hours of eating one slice, we were both vomiting.....and that's not even the worst part. The hot dogs came out completely wrong, and smooshed...it looked like the delivery guy sat on them. When we called back to see if we could have them re-done it we had to argue with the manager about having it re-done. He finally said he would send it back out...and an hour and a half later, we had our food...remade....but also worse than the first time. It was even more smooshed...it looked like it had been thrown into the box...and I'm pretty sure it had spit in it. When we gave up having a nice lunch..and after vomiting a few times because of the pizza...we went down to see if we could just get out money back. We were told by the manager that there was no problem and we should just "shut the f$@k up" and that he wasn't going to give us a refund, (despite all the un touched food we had with us), and told us that if we had a problem with him not refunding the money we could "call the f$@king cops". I work in food service, I run shifts in a restaurant, and if I ever said anything like that to a customer I would be out the door before I could even finish saying it. I am even more disgusted by Liberty Pizza's customer service than I was their food, and their food is incredibly awful. Don't go here unless you want food poisoning from people who don't care about their customers at all. If they're willing to treat a customer like this, what do you think they are judging as okay to serve to you.
