La Barista and its three east Casper locations (on E. 12th St. in the Big Lots parking lot, on S Melrose in the Word of God parking lot, and on E. 2nd St. in the Hobby Lobby parking lot) exclusively serve Caravan Espresso coffee. This medium, Oregon roasted espresso has a sweet, up-front flavor with full structure, velvety texture and subtle winy finish. This unique taste along with other coffee-lover favorites such as Big Train Chai’s, Ice Rages, Ghirardelli’s White Chocolate flavoring make La Barista a wonderful morning indulgence.

Arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:30 am and found a small line of about 5 cars, split into two sides for quicker service. Despite not being the fastest, the baristas take the time to get the drinks just right. With reasonable prices and a wide variety of flavors, I opted for an iced oat milk latte with Irish creme - absolutely delicious. Even though there was a minor issue with credit card payments, the overall experience was smooth, tasty, and even included treats for my furry companion. The location near the I-25 freeway made it convenient for a quick stop, and I was impressed by the friendly staff and the quality of the drinks served.

La Barista has the very best coffee in town, in my opinion. They also have the very best selection of delicious drinks for every taste! The new location, on the corner of 12th and Melrose in the Word Christian Fellowship parking lot, is a great addition and nicely located, too! Thank you, La Barista! â¤ï¸
