During a recent road trip from Minnesota to California, I made a pit stop at Stacie's bakery for a sweet breakfast fix. Despite the lack of donuts on display, I opted for a slice of coconut cake with pineapple filling and a candied oatmeal cookie, both of which were incredibly flavorful and reasonably priced. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service at Stacie's made my visit even more enjoyable, and I would definitely return if I find myself passing through again.
