I had the most welcoming experience at this winery! The tasting room and cellar are housed in a spacious cannery that still exudes a cozy atmosphere. Meeting one of the owners as our host made the visit even more enjoyable. Though I focused on trying their white wines, especially enjoying the apple riesling, Sweet Bisbee, they offer a variety of flavorful edibles paired with their Semillon. I'm pleased to learn they distribute on the western side of the mountain for easy access, but saddened by the news of the winery being put up for sale. I truly hope the legacy created by the Stears family endures for years to come.
