From La Colima to El Fogon and Con Sabor a Mexico, each restaurant presented a flavorful journey through authentic Mexican cuisine. Indulging in birria de chivo at La Colima and savoring the pupusa, the experience was heightened by the vibrant flavors and tender meat, showcasing the essence of traditional Mexican dishes.
