I wanted a good Italian place to eat for my birthday. My wife took me to Cecil's. What a big mistake that was. We got there about 7:00 PM the waitress came and took our drink order and we placed our orders. We got our appetizers and salads within 20 mins. At this time I though this is pretty good, but would I found out that I was wrong. Come 8:00 PM we have not received our food. The waitress said it would be only a few more mins. We set there with our drinks empty. And finally at 8:30 we got our food. We had to get them to box it up so we could take it to go because we had to go get our daughter. We got the check and their appetizers was supposed to be buy one get one free and they charged us for both of them. I talked to the manager and told her how not pleased I was with Cecil's and she offered to give me a gift certificate for the over charged appetizer. I declined and said I would NEVER be back. This is the worst experience I have ever had. If you are wanting Italian you will be better off to go to Wal-Mart and buying a box meal and heating it up in the microwave. Just to add this place only seats maybe 25 people.
