Captivating

Horrible service! This a a family run restaurant. Walk in and young daughter is putting the specials on the menus. We grab a menu to look at. She continues to ignore us. The mother with her loud obnoxious voice says "you got a reservation?" We say no. She says "you gotta wait". Meanwhile she's arguing with a customer at the small bar about his food order pickup thst she someone charged but half the food was missing. Ten minutes later we get seated. Half the tables werent even set! Server comes over with a plate of Parmesan cheese and pours us water. 20 minutes later the young girl shows up snd asks what we'd like to drink. She didn't know what we asked for. My husband had to tell her how to make the drink. We look at each other snd walk out of the restaurant. And they could care less. Saddest part is that I work at the front desk of a brand name hotel snd had been recommending this Italian restaurant. Not any longer. They can all go back to Miami where they came from with that horrible attitude and awful service.
