I ordered food to be delivered the other night from the menu that I received at my condo. When the food arrived I asked the driver to see the itemized list of food that I ordered with the prices. All he had was the total price of the order which was incorrect from the amount that I should have paid the driver. When I called the restaurant back I ask about the prices of the food and I told them that was not what was written on their menu. That is false advertisement and they are screwing the customers over by charging them more money than what they see on the menu. I sent the food back and called the restaurant and told them not to charge my credit card but they did it anyway. This is false advertisement and they also lied to me about not charging my credit card!!!!!! I called my credit card company and have already put in a dispute for this charge for their false advertising of their food at their restaurant and I sent the food back and never touch it at all!!!! I would never order from this place again!!!!!!

I visited Myrtle Beach this weekend pass and ordered for Marco Polo's pizzeria. very simple and basic nails cost me almost $70. it was flounder fish that look like it was a frozen fish fillet that came out of a box the chicken tenders look the same and I ordered 20 wings. I did not complain about the fish nor the chicken tenders. however, I had to because of how horrible the wings were. they weren't even cooked the skin was literally undone on the wings. I called back to the restaurant nicely and let the employee know. he asked me to call the owner on his personal cell which I did he answered the phone. he also asked me to send pictures of my food I gladly did that as well because I had not eaten any of it

Delivery was sent to the wrong hotel by no fault of the driver. Prices were wrong on their menu with a hidden delivery fee. One top of which the free garlic knots was 3 wrapped up in aluminum as opposed to the order of knots I placed. Pizza was good but completely not worth it on many levels. $50 for a pie knots and large fries again plus the delivery charge. This tops New York prices for more than the before mentioned. Far from happy!

Please do not order from these scums. Found their menu at my hotel room door today. I’m normally not one to trust those that hand out flyers as I believe a good believe do not need to advertise. I also messed up by not checking their reviews first!! Ordered $55 worth of food- chose free garlic knots (mentioned it on the phone). When the order arrived garlic knots did not , wings were half assed coated with sauce, pizza was bland and onion rings were soggy. When I called to complain about the garlic knots she asked if we were on vacation and that they would deliver it “next time” lol. Oh and that we didn’t get charged they were free- they weren’t going to send a delivery guy down for free garlic knots even though THEY had messed up. I got hung up on as well.
Vacationing or not/ free or not- that is terrible business practice. No wonder you guys are going around handing out menus door to door and changing names left and right.

Beware and Do Not Order from this Restaurant especially for Delivery. Have stayed in area before and had good experience elsewhere but got an "Attractive" Looking Glossy Flyer and decided to try them out. Name on Flyer and Real Name were Different. Took over 20 Minutes to Take a Phone Order as the Person sounded Doped out on drugs. Had them read back the Order multiple times. Said food would be no later than an hour as was for Birthday for Friend. After an hour they said Oh we told you the wrong thing it could be an hour and half. The Order was over $70.00 paid by Debit Card. Food came well after an hour and All was Cold and 2 Orders were completely wrong like not the right Food ordered at all and other Order not done right at all. When I called they had the nerve to say "Drive the Food back" but it was now almost 10 pm and who "Orders Out" to Drive the Food back? Driver got a Good Tip too. To make it worse got Referred to an "Adam" at Different Number alleged Manager who was going to do a Refund. Kept saying he could not Refund my Card which was wrong. By next day got him on the phone with my Bank and Refund was applied but by the next Day they Took the Money back again on the Original Authorization so now my Bank could only Formally Dispute since Authorization paid. So now Adam said oh give me another Debit Card number and will process refund that way. Trusting him I did. He sent a picture of a Point of Sale Refund to a different card on Saturday and it did list as a "Pending Deposit" on Card but by Monday Adam had taken the Money back again for the Second time and now had another Debit Card number. Will have to report these as stolen at this point. When called Adam again he just hung up. Very poor Management. Very poor Service. Very poor food that was not what was even Ordered then nothing but games and a run around and then taking new Debit info for what looks like a Scam. BEWARE and would Never Order here again.
