I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I am a local. The food here is very good, but service leaves much to desire. We always call ahead for call ahead seating. Last night we were told they were not crowded, therefore they would not take our name. We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later, and the place was packed. We had to wait for our table. It wasn't the problem that we had to wait, it was the problem that the manager on staff was very rude. We found out that her name was Miss Penny. She lied and told us that in the last 10 mins. 50 people came in. Needless to say, she ignored us the rest of the evening. Any business, who isn't interested in their customers or their customers time, doesn't deserve my business.

Ordered a ribeye which was so chewey had to chew a bit and then place in a napkin because I could not just sit there and chew and chew. Everyone gets a bad one sometime but the waitress just acted like it was no big deal. I left half uneaten because it was not eatable. $24 too much for something you can't eat. The worest part was "I don't care attidute".
