Amazing Food.
06/12/2023 - 6 day old tuna
Waited over an hour for food when the restaurant was half full. No wait or anything. The room was extremely hot, fanning yourself hot. After 1 hour our food came out and immediately noticed the tuna color was off. And smelled extremely fishy. After telling our waiter, the manager Austin came over. We informed him of the situation and he told us it was correct. You can clearly see in the photos the difference in color. We were then told it was 6 day old fish. This is not acceptable on any level especially sushi. He refused multiple times to take it off of our bill even after we stated we don't want it now. We just wanted to pay for our food we did eat and leave. He was extremely rude and only offered to take 50% off the fish, that we did not eat, and would have made us sick. Take your business elsewhere. We have done in person sushi cuttings and spend thousands a year on fine dining. Whether the fish was bad or not, the management and how it was handled was beyond awful. If management reads this, above Austin, I would appreciate to be contacted as he is putting others in health risk and negatively affecting your customers overall.
