Great Sunday brunch menu! Food is wonderful and staff is very good. Lots of locals there, in this area, that is always a sign of great place

Had dinner last night and we can't say enough about the food and the service especially for the second night open. Keep up the great work and you'll do a fantastic business.

Horrible food...what a disappointment! We sat outside because it was as hot as an oven inside. Steak sliders were old, shredded beef. Shrimp appetizer had the tiniest shrimp I've ever seen, swimming in liquid with a few loose grapes thrown in the liquid. The Oyster Bonnet had very little oyster and crab in the shell and were black and dried out.
This is where it really is surprising, and I am not a picky eater! How do you mess up a burger and fries...one of the easiest items to prepare? The Coastal Burger was supposed to be medium well. It was very dry and overcooked. It was compressed and hard and surely frozen. It was also tiny!
I tasted zero crab meat and zero blue cheese (supposed to be included) on this burger!! The onion rings were hard and burnt. The tomato slice was old and slimy and the bun was just adequate. The fries? I can assure you the fries at any other restaurant, and even McDonald's are way better! They were hard, chewy, skinny, dried out shoestring potatoes and I left half of them! Someone is pretending to be a chef and even a cook here! The drinks were short and only filled half way. The service? It was ok until our waitress saw some friends, and then we never saw her again until the bill came. Another waitress saw this, and refilled our drinks for us! Absolutely you can do far better, as this is so far the only restaurant...and I have been to many on the Strand, that I would never return!
